Grounded in cutting-edge GiANT frameworks, this three-day series equips current and aspiring leaders with essential tools and a unified leadership language, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Leaders face the challenges of managing today’s realities while fighting to stay healthy, hopeful, and high-performing across all circles of influence (self, family, team, organization, and community). This leadership development series serves as an important lever to develop new skills and support the ever-changing environment of leadership.

About the Presenter:
Dr. Pauli has served the field of education for thirty-seven years as an elementary school teacher, elementary school principal, assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction, and in his current role as superintendent of the Edgerton School District. Dr. Pauli is a seasoned trainer with extensive experience in guiding individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. His expertise includes executive coaching, team-building, and leadership development. He has effectively worked with a wide range of clients, from small startups to large organizations, across various industries, including education, healthcare, and manufacturing. His approach is tailored to each client's unique needs.
