About this Event: Building and strengthening relationships and community is a critical component of school culture. Restorative practices is an essential process for creating a positive learning environment, building social capital, and resolving relational issues. Restorative practices can also be used to effectively deal with the aftermath of major behavior incidents calling for something more than traditional discipline approaches offer.

Self-Reflect to build a deeper understanding of how Restorative Practices supports student/staff culture and wellbeing. Apply the Restorative Practices continuum, including circles that build social capital and respond to harm.
