About this Event: Summit K12 is an online platform designed for formative assessments, featuring units that support English Learner/Multilingual (ML) students. These units are standards-based and align with WIDA assessments. CESA 2 is creating a CESA Summit K12 Cohort to help reduce costs for individual districts interested in accessing this program.

This professional development (PD) session fulfills the requirement for teachers to learn how to set up the program for students, formatively assess students' language proficiency within the online platform, and tailor individual language learning targets. The registration fee covers the cost for up to two teachers to attend the session (capped at 24 participants) and registration for one student, the minimum number of MLs required for registration. Districts may obtain individual licenses for any number of students they plan to enroll in the program. The cost per additional student is $39.95, and districts will be billed for the number of additional students registered. If the CESA 2 Summit K12 Cohort reaches a threshold of 150 registered students, the per-student cost will be reduced to $32.95.
