About this Event: The CESA 2 NTC Mentoring Team will facilitate three sessions for district mentor program leaders. These sessions will be framed around creating and sustaining an induction program that will benefit and support beginning teachers and mentors. Topics will revolve around the New Teacher Center's recent white paper on mentoring/coaching and the incredible shifts to deepen educational practices. You will also have collaboration and networking time with other districts to share ideas, learn, and problem solve with one another. You do not want to miss this imperative time together! We look forward to seeing you there ~ The CESA 2 NTC Mentor Team
