About this Event: Acquire the skills necessary to leverage this tool in order to elevate student learning and assessment in your district. Kami is a powerful app that can transform how you share information with your students. This workshop will build comprehension capacity around Kami’s many features including: replacing Google Jamboard for collaboration and Idea sharing, formative assessment to monitor learning progress, in-document scaffolding, accessibility for learners who need supports, universal design so they can work independently and be successful, and classroom LMS integration. Attendees will receive access to Kami's Premium Education Upgrade for free.
This free workshop is subsidized through the WI DPI in collaboration with CESA 2.

Our Presenters:
Frank Devereaux is an Innovative Deeper Learning Designer from the Madison area and works as a consultant for CESA 2 in the Strategic Innovation for Learning Center of Excellence. His experience centers on the integration of technology in creative and innovative ways to support student learning in the classroom. Over the past few years, he has been diving into the realm of AI integration, inclusivity and equity in STEAM curriculum, and Design Thinking Projects for the Makerspace that are culturally relevant.
